Getting There

By Train

Train to Herne Bay station (from Victoria if coming from London).

When leaving the station turn left onto Fleetwood Avenue, then left onto Cross St, then left onto Cobblers Bridge Road. Cross the road to join the public footpath. At the end, turn right and go over the footbridge. The follow the footpath through to Greenhill Road which brings you out at the venue. Follow the road around to Gate 3 to enter.

Parking Sold Out

Unfortunately, having secured a nearby site for all other parking, we were informed by the landowner this is no longer available do to being sold. The new owners do not wish to hire it out, even though it is empty, meaning all parking is now off-site. Last year we only had 30 spaces available which have been used for the additional guests and vendors, on the grand scheme of things it’s not a significant difference. There is plenty of parking nearby in and around the venue.

The event is fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Smoking

The venue is strictly a non-smoking site, please respect this. If anyone is found to be smoking on site they will be asked to leave (this includes the use of electronic cigarettes).

Wi-Fi

Unfortunately, there is no wi-fi available at the venue.

Carers Tickets

Anyone requiring a ticket for their carer can request this by e-mailing [email protected]. These are complimentary for those holding a Nimbus Access Card. Please note your carer will need to remain with you for the duration of the event.

Do I need to buy an entry ticket if I buy an autograph or photo ticket?

Yes – An entry ticket is required to gain access to the event. Tickets for autographs and photoshoots must be purchased separately.

What happens if a guest I want to see cancels?

Any pre-booked autographs and photoshoots with that guest will be automatically refunded. However, entry tickets are non-refundable.

How many can be in a photoshoot?

Each photoshoot ticket allows two people 13 and above in the picture plus up to 4 children 12 and under (children 12 and under are free but must be accompanied by a paying adult in the picture)

Examples:

  • Two adults and three children 12 and under will require one ticket
  • Two adults and two children 13 and over will require two tickets
  • One adult and one other person 13 and over will require one ticket

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, you may use your digital ticket on your phone though printed tickets can be used if preferred.
